Michael Luber has earned the trust of his clients and the respect of his legal peers. After practicing law in Pennsylvania for more than 50 years, he is still on the front lines every day advocating for injury victims and their families.
Michael was born in Philadelphia and graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University. He earned his law degree from George Washington University Law School in 1969. He began his legal career with the Public Defender’s Office in Philadelphia and then served as a deputy attorney general with the Pennsylvania Department of Justice. He later served as special assistant attorney general for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.
Those experiences helped shape Michael Luber as both a skilled litigator and a committed advocate for his clients. He has represented the injured in private practice for nearly 50 years. Michael is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the American Trial Lawyers Association. In recognition of notable settlements and verdicts, he has been named to the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Attorney I. Michael Luber is admitted to state and federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member in good standing of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Association. Michael also serves as a court-appointed neutral arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia.
